Every effort is made to be prompt and cost-effective when we respond to a service call in the field or work on equipment in our fully equipped repair shop. Our work is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the repairs that were made. Estimates are made when practical and many repairs are completed quickly because of our significant parts inventory that is matched to our customers’ needs.
With full turnkey capabilities including design, manufacture, erection, parts, and service we are unique. We don’t rely on subcontractors for critical phases of a project. For our customers this means a single source of responsibility and full accountability. As a licensed General Contractor we are qualified to permit even the largest projects.
We have a large stock of repair parts and are the master parts distributor for most major manufacturers. For our customers this means less downtime and higher productivity from their cranes and hoists.
